This privacy policy explains how Dr. Medical Clinic & Lab collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit the drmedical.al website, contact us or book a consultation. We process data in accordance with the Albanian legislation in force on the protection of personal data.

• Contact / booking form: your name, phone number, email, the specialty and clinic you choose, and your message.
• Phone and WhatsApp: when you call or message us, we receive your number and the information you share with us.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited – collected through cookies, only with your consent where required.

Please do not send detailed medical information through the website form. These matters are discussed with the doctor during the consultation.

3. Why we use the data

• To reply to you and to book the consultation or lab tests you request.
• To remind you of or confirm your appointment.
• For the secure operation of the website and protection against spam (Google reCAPTCHA).
• For anonymous statistics on website usage (Google Analytics), only if you consent to statistics cookies.

We do not sell or rent your data.

4. Who we share it with

Data is shared only with the clinic staff handling your request and with the technical providers that help us keep the website running:

• the website hosting provider;
• Google (Analytics, reCAPTCHA, Google Maps and Google reviews);
• WhatsApp / Meta, when you choose to message us on WhatsApp;
• YouTube and Facebook, when you view content embedded from these platforms.

Some of these providers may process data outside Albania, in accordance with their own privacy policies.

The website uses cookies that are necessary for it to function and, only with your consent, statistics and third-party cookies. You can change your choice at any time from the cookie panel at the bottom of the page.

6. How long we keep it

We keep form messages and contact data for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal obligations. Statistical data is kept according to the retention periods set in Google Analytics.
