Infectious diseases can affect anyone, at any age and in any season depending on their causes, and accordingly they lead to various complications, which are serious especially when they affect vital organs such as the brain, kidneys, liver, heart and lungs, and can even be fatal if they are not under medical control. The change of seasons is always accompanied by the appearance of infectious diseases, especially when people begin to gather in large groups.
Therefore, anyone who suspects they have an infectious disease or who has been in contact with sick people should see a doctor for a check-up. Those most at risk are people with low immunity, chronic diseases, young children, the elderly, pregnant women and people who work in or frequent crowded places.
